By accessing or using any House of Gresham website, platform, service, digital experience, or media content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, fans, collaborators, press, and commercial partners interacting with House of Gresham properties. House of Gresham reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

House of Gresham owns or controls all intellectual property across its creative ecosystem unless otherwise explicitly stated. This includes but is not limited to:

• The House of Gresham™ brand, name, wordmarks, and visual identity
• Logos, insignias, emblems, and all graphic marks
• Resident identities — Jackson, Rei, Kael, Haru, and Zayn — including names, visual likenesses, character systems, personas, and associated lore
• All music, audio recordings, lyrics, and sonic compositions
• All artwork, photography, character design, and visual systems
• Website content, editorial content, promotional materials, and campaign assets
• Lore, worldbuilding documents, narrative systems, and fictional universe content
• AI-assisted or AI-generated creative outputs produced for or on behalf of House of Gresham
• Video content, motion design, and multimedia experiences

House of Gresham™, resident identities, visual systems, and associated brand elements may be protected under copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other applicable intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Accessing House of Gresham content does not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, monetize, or create derivative works from it.

The five House of Gresham residents — Jackson, Rei, Kael, Haru, and Zayn — are defined creative entities. Their identities, aesthetics, lore classifications, narrative roles, visual systems, and associated materials are exclusive House of Gresham intellectual property.

Residents may include fictional, synthetic, or AI-assisted creative personas. Whether fictional or otherwise, all resident identities are protected and may not be reproduced, replicated, or exploited commercially without written authorization.

• Non-commercial sharing of official content on social media with proper attribution
• Commentary, criticism, and review content
• Reaction videos and fan discussion
• Personal fan art shared non-commercially and clearly identified as fan-created

• Selling derivative merchandise featuring House of Gresham intellectual property
• Impersonating House of Gresham, residents, official accounts, or representatives
• Creating or operating fake official social media accounts
• Minting NFTs or digital assets using House of Gresham content
• Unauthorized redistribution of music, visuals, or creative assets
• Scraping website content or assets for any purpose
• Using House of Gresham content to train AI models or build synthetic datasets
• Voice cloning, synthetic character replication, or digital likeness replication
• Misleading use of fan-created content that implies official affiliation or endorsement

House of Gresham may use AI-assisted tools in music production, visual creation, writing, ideation, editing, marketing, and performance design workflows. Final creative direction, editorial selection, and brand control remain human-led.

Certain residents, personas, or creative outputs may be fictional, synthetic, or AI-assisted creative entities. All such entities remain exclusive House of Gresham intellectual property regardless of their origin.

Unauthorized use of AI technology to clone, replicate, impersonate, or synthetically reproduce any House of Gresham brand element, resident identity, voice, likeness, or creative output is strictly prohibited and may constitute intellectual property infringement.

No House of Gresham content may be used for AI model training, fine-tuning, dataset creation, synthetic system development, or any automated data extraction without prior written authorization.

You agree not to:

• Use our platforms for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit our content commercially without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest our website or assets
• Upload, post, or transmit unauthorized or harmful content through our services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with House of Gresham
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems
• Use our brand, likeness, or content in a misleading, defamatory, or exploitative manner

House of Gresham respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. If you believe content on our platforms infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material on our site you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. We will process counter-notices in accordance with applicable DMCA procedures. Repeat infringers may have their access to our platforms terminated.

Our platforms may link to or embed content from third-party services. House of Gresham is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Links do not imply endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, House of Gresham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platforms or content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our platforms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
